A U.S. Navy veteran, Jerry served six years in the submarine fleet during the Gulf War, then spent more than 30 years in IT leadership, spanning technology, operations, customer service, and business growth. Now a licensed charter captain, he pairs that discipline and business acumen with a lifelong love of fishing to help captains grow and reach more customers on Adventure Guides.
Bill is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a deep love for adventures on the water, across the land, and in the air. The idea grew out of his own experience planning trips, researching destinations, and navigating the hassle of tracking down reputable outfitters, guides, and charters. For Bill, it is about more than booking: bringing people together, supporting the hardworking guides and captains behind every trip, and helping more families and enthusiasts make lasting memories outdoors.
A career software engineer with more than 20 years' experience, the last decade spent in the payments industry, Daniel now brings his craft to outdoor adventure booking. Ironically, he would rather be outside than at a computer: he lives in North Florida with his wife and three children, and is happiest on the water or in the woods. He is set on using great software to make life easier for his fellow outdoorsmen.
We started Adventure Guides because getting outdoors was harder to plan than it should be. Finding a reputable guide, outfitter, or charter meant hours of research, with no simple way to compare options or book with confidence. We set out to change that: one place to discover adventures on the water, on land, and in the air, and reserve them in minutes.
